The Amazing Collection

The Amazing Collection is a video based Bible study for women, taught sequentially book by book.  Each week gives an overview of one book in the bible.  The main characters and theme of the book come alive with dynamic teaching, original music videos and personal testimonies.

 

Precept Study, Acts Part 1- Kay Arthur

Luke’s first account was his Gospel in which he recorded all that Jesus began to do and teach. His second account we call Acts, or the Acts of the Apostles, in which Luke recorded what happened after Jesus’ ascension to the Father. Jesus sent the Holy Spirit, empowering the apostles to testify to the power of God in salvation and in living every day for the gospel. Learn how God spread the gospel through witnesses of Jesus’ death and resurrection, and from their examples, how you too can witness to others. Stand in awe of the power of God in believers to endure persecution and suffering for the cause of Christ and embrace His power in your life. Be encouraged by the results of faithful servants holding forth truth in a dark world; watch as the church grows numerically, geographically, and culturally.

 

Covenant- Kay Arthur

Covenant explores God's initiatives with humanity by studying His covenants throughout history. Kay shows that the idea of covenant — God's enduring promise — is key to understanding our relationship to God.  Kay will guide you in exploring the benefits and responsibilities of covenant as well as the character of the covenant initiator. Learn about the remarkable ways the old covenant points to the promises of the new covenant.

 

The Gospel of Mark – Lisa Harper

The Gospel of Mark: The Jesus We're Aching For, follow Jesus through His days of early ministry all the way to the cross. It's there we discover what it means to be the recipients of His excessive compassion and the very reason for His all-consuming passion. 

 

Precept Study, John Part 1- Kay Arthur

How well do you know the Son of God? Are you convinced that what He said about Himself is true? From beginning to end, John reveals Jesus as the Son of God. 

 

Seamless - Angie Smith 

Thur. 7:00-9:00pm

 

Seamless covers the people, places, and promises of the Bible, tying them together into the greater story of Scripture. Participants will gain an overarching understanding of the fundamental layout and meaning of God's Word. 

 

Fresh Start - Susan Thomas

Wed. 9:30-11:30am

Thur. 7:00-9:00pm

 

Fresh Start is a pathway to a greater intimacy with God.  It is an interactive process with a small group of women and facilitators utilizing biblical principles to help you become “Forgiven, Forgiving and Free.”  Fresh Start is not a bible study per say; but it will lead you through a biblical process to freedom and where you will experience the transforming power of forgiveness.  Groups are limited to 6 participants.

 

The deadline to sign up for Bible study was September 1. 

Walk-ups are welcome.
