Nothing can give you a sense of purpose and fulfillment like using your gifts to help change lives and advance the Kingdom of God. There are several ways you can begin putting your gifts to work at NMC.
We have organized our serving opportunities into 6 main areas:
NEXT GENERATION (NMC KIDS, NMC STUDENTS, NMC COLLEGE)
If you love to make a difference in shaping the next generation, then this may be the place for you. Serving opportunities range from caring for infants, to leading small groups, to working behind the scenes.
GUEST SERVICES
If you enjoy being with people, then this is where you belong. Serve in the cafe, park cars, greet guests and help them find a seat.
CREATIVE ARTS
This is for anyone who loves making visible an invisible God with artistic creativity and communication. A wide variety of roles can be found here, from Production Assistants and Computer Graphic Operators, to Musicians, Graphic Designers, Videographers and Photographers. Come discover your place to help the church create something beautiful.
GROUPLIFE
This is for you if you're interested in leading men's groups, women's groups, or LifeGroups. We’ll help you clarify what you do with your group, then provide you with the tools and coaching to succeed as a leader.
CAMPUS SUPPORT
This is for those who enjoy working behind the scenes with the operations of the church and office administration. These opportunities may be handled during the week or on weekends before or after weekend services. Some roles include working with the Campus Crew assisting with maintenance, construction or cleaning projects, and Church Office Team, filing and organizing during office hours.
OUTREACH
This is for those who are passionate about making much of God by bringing the love and justice of Jesus to our neighbors and nations. Some roles include serving on a short term mission team while other roles serve to support these teams as well as local and global projects.
