CONGRATULATIONS on the birth or adoption of your new baby!  In the midst of all of the excitement that comes with bringing a new baby into your home, we want to partner with you on what really matters most.  We invite you to attend our Legacy Class as we share in the vision of equipping families. You will be the biggest influence in your child’s life, even more so than what happens at church. That can sound both exciting and frightening at the same time.  That’s where we, your home church, come along side you and encourage you in your child’s amazing journey.

 

Take this class as an opportunity to receive and reflect on the teachings from the staff at North Metro Church. After the teaching segment, we will tour the KCRG facilities where your child will learn to Know God, Choose Well, Reach Out, and Go Tell. 

 

Once you have completed the Legacy Class, you and your family are ready for the Baby Dedication Service.  This is the big day that your family has been excited about for quite some time.  This service is a celebration of the commitment you are making as parents to put your trust in God and ask Him to direct your parenting path.  

 

Please invite your family, friends, and LifeGroup to celebrate this special day with you. We hope you will surround yourself with anyone who will partner with you in prayer and support while raising your child.  The service is an intentional environment with the worship, message, and focus on the celebration of life and the dedication of your child to God’s teaching and instruction.

 

The service will begin at 3:00pm on your scheduled date and is shared with other families making the same decision.  After the service, you will have an opportunity for pictures and light refreshments while you fellowship with your families and friends.  

 

This is not an infant baptism.  We believe baptism is a celebration for when a child or adult accepts Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.
